I have one with 42 on the front and a picture of a guy with a towel wrapped around his head on the back, however the picture on the back tended to provoke undesired responses.

http://www.zazzle.com/custom/tshirts is a good place to make a tshirt, but, if its your design I would try to get it on http://www.teefury.com/ that way you could make a buck off it. =P
