The short answer is tech support... The slightly longer answer is SQL/Linux server support for our Asia-Pacific partners. The company I work for sells a MSP in a box, and I support the box. Linux, SQL, SNMP, WMI, Perfmon, Anti-Virus, remote control(RDP/VNC/our 2 custom remote apps), backup(Backup Exec, Veritas, ArcserveD2D), and general Windows crap is what I do during my day.
AKA enter error codes into Google.
I bet Flee really works at the Oreo factory, stamping the little "O's" on the biscuits...
