I like food, but this chef is just a douche. Cooking is about flavour, not "throw everything between buns". I have worked with a few "chefs" that are just terrible... Worked with one who thought throwing basically every spice together made a good suicide sauce.... its hot, but tastes like shit... my suicide sauce was just as hot and contained fresh items and very few spices.
