Cute commercial, supporting your kids is great. But man those emo goth kids really get tiredsome. I had one of those and it was an emotional train wreck. I am certain not all are like that, but the majority of their ills are self inflicted.
the majority of everyone's ills are self inflicted. I was one of those long before Goth was a thing (sans eye-liner, poweder white make-up or studded leather, that shit was all British in those days). My parents, teachers and guidence councilors wanted to make me 'normal'. I was fine and really didn't/don't care about the things they felt was important... who/how many I sat with at lunch, which social groups I was with (they didn't accept 'none of them' as an answer), or my 'strange' music preferences (I liked the Monkeys, Queen, Classical music and Steve Winwood... it was the 90's, do you remember how much bad music was out there?)
