Well, it looks like a few thousand people have already been banned.

There was a problem with the pricing on some weapons and they we listed as 1% of the actual karma cost.

People who purchased around 20 got a 72hr suspension, people who bought 100+ got banned.

Although this was an error on Arenanet's part, I recommend no abusing errors as they will ban. This stuff happened in GW1 as well. If you are aware of an "exploit", don't talk about it in game(that will get you banned as well), and don't abuse it.
