Tripping, yes, anxiety, panic, paranoia, ptsd, heart disease and quite possibly fentanyl OD. Knee to back of neck certainly did not help the situation it only accelerated his heart giving out. While standing by the patrol car he said he could not breathe, that meant he was likely hyperventilating, which likely aided his death. Sad all the way around. I believe the cops were negligent in not getting him help. He knew from the moment they stopped him he was a dead man. That was real panic. I will not watch the rest of the video as he dies. Tragic. Not murder, but probably negligent homicide. Also I did not detect racism in there which I thought was the motivator. One more thing, he was gigantic.
Cops need better training in seeing the effects of anxiety panic attacks, and ptsd to learn to difuse.
Nope, he negligently failed to provide aide and assist a dying Floyd. Gross negligence, dereliction of duty.
Charges of murder should not stick. Involuntary, negligence... those should.
