thanks guys... it's a tandoori sea bass dinner served with rice, a salad, and a bottle of ice cold chardonnay..... Cooked by me, of course...

Recipe below for those interested...

This authentic spiced whole sea bass can be cooked on the BBQ or in the oven

Serves 2

Ingredients

1 whole sea bass

For the marinade
Juice of 1 lemon

2 tsp black pepper

Salt, to taste

1 tsp mustard oil

1 clove garlic, finely sliced

¼ tsp ground turmeric

¼ tsp chilli powder

½ tsp curry powder

For the paste
1 green chilli, chopped

Bunch of fresh coriander, chopped

Method

Preheat the oven to 180°C/gas mark 4. Clean, gut and descale the sea bass, keeping the fish whole.

Mix the ingredients for the marinade in a bowl large enough to fit the fish. Mix the chilli and coriander into a paste and spread over the fish. Toss in the marinade mixture and leave to marinate for 20 minutes.

Lift the fish out of the bowl and wrap in foil. Cook in the oven for 7 minutes, then turn and cook for a further 7 minutes before serving with rice and salad.

tell you what guys... that tandoori sea bass thing is all fucking right you know.... she cleaned the plate, I left the salad, salad's for girls.

Really nice dinner, I'm quite rightly dead proud of my cooking abilities, yet again...
