For my latest brew I am going to try a small batch of toffee apple pear cider, a recipe that I got from an online forum. It is made from runny honey, apple juice, a tin of pears in light syrup and at a later date some vanilla extract will be added and of course yeast and yeast nutrient to turn all those lovely sugars into lovely alcohol
