Little heads up or we are under maintance screen would have been nice. Ithought is was brokes ass old phone and computers fault 
Yeah we had neither access there and could only post on FB to tell anyone. Oh and there's a Twitter feed we could have used.
It was a bit like that actually, except it was the computer on the other end. Actually thinking about it I could have put a clone up on my other server but I was at work so we just had to wait 11 hours until the back up restore completed.
