It looks like both the Isles AND the USofA need some serious change. Most of which seem to be in congress/house.
Edit: I would like to amend my previous statement. The WORLD needs change. We need to all overthrow the greedy bastards that have been running it.

You won't save any money, though it will feel better to have elected assholes running the show instead of hereditary ones. But make no mistake, you will have assholes running the show regardless. Look at the simian cretins the mongoloid people already elect. Do you really think things will magically improve when they get to elect the house of lords?
