The UN treaty was already in the works prior to this weekend, but I can see it being used as an additional reason for it. Already we have the usual groups clamoring for more gun control, and in some forums you have foreigners trying badly to "chastise" us for having guns and for defending that right
Between the "Fast and Furious" scandal, and now this, it seems like the Left is on a roll trying to kill off the 2nd, and if Obama wins in Nov I expect it to get worse, can't have an armed populace when you're trying hard to take away other rights
