For future reference, could I please get the definition(s) of 'illegitimate rape'?
Step-dad or a father who denies being your father as you were conceived from an affair. 
I believe date-rape may fall under that category.
More importantly... I want to see the medical paper that describes this female 'defense mechanism' he's talking about. For the record, I have always supported access to abortion for rape victims... even when I was more anti-abortion than I am now.
