Protesters Send Message to Tucker Carlson outside His Home: ‘We Know Where You Sleep at Night’

A group of protesters congregated outside what they claimed was Fox News host Tucker Carlson’s home in Washington, D.C., on Wednesday night to chant threatening messages.

Smash Racism D.C., a self-described “anti-fascist” group, posted a video of their members screaming obscenities at Carlson’s house and blaming his “policies” for the deaths of thousands of people.

“Tucker Carlson, we will fight!” the protesters chanted. “We know where you sleep at night!”

In the first video posted to Twitter, one protester can be seen ringing Carlson’s doorbell before running away.

“Racist scumbag, leave town!”

Every night you spread fear into our homes—fear of the other, fear of us, and fear of them. Each night you tell us we are not safe. Tonight you’re reminded that we have a voice. Tonight, we remind you that you are not safe either.#KnockKnockTucker pic.twitter.com/QlNVKS4oxN

One tweet posted a few minutes after 7p.m. — less than an hour before the beginning of “Tucker Carson Tonight” — accuses the host of hiding because he didn’t answer his door.

Tucker Carlson has been spewing nonstop hate and lies about he migrant caravan. He also has close ties to white supremacists: https://t.co/jMbQJk3o6D

One of the group’s tweets, which included Carlson’s address, was removed by Twitter soon after it was posted.

This particular group of left-wing agitators has previously targeted a number of prominent Republicans for public harassment, including most recently Senator Ted Cruz of Texas, who was chased out of restaurant in downtown Washington, D.C., along with his wife in late September.

The group also harassed Department of Homeland Security secretary Kirstjen Nielsen, forcing her to leave a restaurant in June, as a group of men berated her for her role in implementing the administration’s zero-tolerance immigration-enforcement policy.

COMMENTS
Carlson described coping with public harassment during a recent appearance on National Review’s The Jamie Weinstein Show.

“I can’t really go to a lot of restaurants anymore because I get yelled at,” Carlson said. “I don’t feel threatened, but having someone scream,‘F*** you!’ at a restaurant, it just wrecks your meal.”

I think the real litmus test will be, does ANYONE on the left condemn these thugs? If this kind of behavior continues, you know how it will end. These people (politicians or TV personalities) will hire armed security, and someone will be shot due to unhinged lunatics who think it's their right to act like hysterical mobs. Imagine if the election didn't turn out the way it did??? BTW, Tucker has children, he will defend his family. That I can assure you

While I do think folks like Tucker (the new O'Rielly) are inflammatory flamebaiters to the nth degree I condemn the actions of those that are harassing and threatening him.

If it escalates I don't have to imagine what is next. We've seen it recently as two weeks ago in several mailboxes and a synagogue but it's already out of the 24hr news cycle.

I condemn inciting and threatening violence whether it be by podium, TV stand, Twitter or someone's sidewalk. I condemn it regardless if it is a whispered "dog whistle", mailed, or shouted.

I watched O'Reilly and I think Tucker is less of a right-wing advocate. He is more libertarian, but I guess that is of little consequence to these people. But the reality of his job is, he's a commentator. His purpose professionally is to talk about the political issues of the day, and to engage the conversation if not as a devil's advocate, then to challenge whoever is on if he doesn't agree with the point of view

I hardly see Tucker as a voice of reason.

I get it, he isn't neutral, but he isn't Hannity. Personally, i love listening to Dana Perino

No TV news media personality is. That's clearly not their goal.

What the protesters are doing is despicable. If Tucker was a murderer or rapist, then I would join them if I were in DC, but holy shit.

/Awaits America's fall.

United we stand.....
