Hi!

I'm good at playing drums on a drumpad and thought I could use a bluetooth drumpad for recording on a laptop. Might share on a here if it sounds good.

Any suggestions? My budget is within $100-$150 USD

Thanks!
-Mohit.

I feel like BT wouldn't be the best for recording purposes. That said, I'm not aware these exist as I have never looked.

what flee says.. latency would be a massive issue over bluetooth - even without *and* going directly through your usb - you will probably still need to install asio to even get close to low end latency.. unless you get a decent sound card or audio interface..

that aside - would suggest you look at the launchpad - its fairly user friendly and in the price bracket you are talking about..

with the added bonus that you wouldn't be limited to just playing drum kits..

I tried running a pair of Alexa's as Bluetooth PC speakers on last week and the lag was horrible.

My laptop doesn't have an aux input. Will have to get a usb soundcard then I guess.

2 speakers at once? Or just Wi-Fi lag?

Bluetooth lag, you'll be drumming and hearing the result a second later, I really can't think of a worse instrument for this to occur.
