It's sad that it is a TV show that's bringing this up and not one of the many politicians we have, of course the issue is not one of money so there's nothing for them to do about it
The show looks to be pretty good too, supposedly the full first episode was uploaded to YouTube by HBO

wow.... that was a powerful speech.... damm straight there should be more real politicians saying this, like the man says, the first step to fixing a problem is to recognise the problem exists....

Interesting, the guy beats up a college student with no risk of retort, then spouts off about 'morality' yet I am sure the writers gnash their teeth any other time morality is mentioned.
A well scripted bout of liberal masturbation none the less. I'm looking forward to the next episode
