Daydreaming about being rich and owning a private floating island is always a nice thought whilst eating your daily meal of ramen. You could invite all of your friends over and have a party on the ocean, or relax in tranquility as the waves rocked you to sleep. Normally this would be nothing more than a fantasy, but should you have a bit of disposable income, it could become a reality. While you may not be rich enough to build your very own private island, you can buy a prefabricated one for a fraction of the price. The Cabana Islander can seat six people, and provides you better shade than any real palm tree ever could. It has an anchor system that will keep it in place, and has a boarding platform so you don’t knock the whole thing over trying to get on it. It will cost you about $325, but it’s much cheaper than the fortune you’d spend on the real thing. Not to mention it has a cooler and cup holders, and if that doesn’t make you want to run out and get one, I don’t know what will.

I suppose you'd have a mildly better chance in a tsunami

I'm thinkin', small quiet mountain lake, one other person, anchor in the middle, listen to the quiet. But then, I'm old.
